Spestly is software for pest-control companies. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. Last updated 28 August 2026.
The product
You get a desk, a van view, website booking, reports, and payment links. You are responsible for the data you put in and for how you treat customers.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. Owners create driver logins. You can reset a password from email, or sign in with Google. Do not share a desk login with the whole crew.
Billing
Solo is €39/mo, Crew €79/mo, Company €149/mo — unlimited customers and visits on every tier. Spestly’s own fee is separate from customer card payments (Stripe Connect). Until Subscribe is live in Settings → Plan, your workspace is not charged for Spestly itself. When billing is on, you pick a plan there; 14-day money-back applies.
Acceptable use
Use it for real pest-control work. Don't break the law, scrape other people's data, or try to break the product. We can close an account that does.
Liability
The software is provided as-is. We work to keep it up. We are not liable for lost jobs, missed visits, or Stripe payout delays. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — owners can export from Settings.
