How do I sign in?
Owners, office, and drivers use the same sign-in page. Drivers land in the van. Create driver logins from Settings → Team after you are in.
A login says it is switched off.
The owner turned that account off. Ask them to open Settings → Team and switch it back on.
Customers cannot pay by card.
Pay-now uses Stripe Connect on the pest-control company, not Spestly. Finish Connect in Settings → Card payments until charges are enabled. Cash and IBAN still work.
Reminders did not arrive.
Open Sent. If the log says test mode, the sending domain is not verified yet. Reminders are email, not SMS.
How do quotes work?
On a customer page, create a quote and send it. The customer accepts or declines by email. On Crew and Company plans they can accept and pick a slot online. Otherwise accept in the app and book from the quote. Track status on the customer Sales section.
Is there a mobile app?
Not in the stores. Add the van screen to the home screen from the browser (it is a PWA). Native iOS and Android apps are not built yet.
